Well-known coaching and consulting firm, Elixir Consulting, has announced two new appointments as it grows its national footprint.

Experienced industry practitioner, Andrew George, will head up Elixir’s presence in Melbourne, while Graham Burnard, who has driven the sales divisions at both Asteron Life and AMP, will be based in Sydney.

A release announcing these appointments notes both are accomplished public speakers, business strategists and adviser coaches, and are well placed to utilise Elixir’s resources and network of experts to help financial advice businesses tackle their big challenges.

Elixir Consulting Founder and Managing Director, Sue Viskovic, commented, “I am so thrilled to have two such widely respected professionals join our team. Both Andrew and Graham are highly skilled and deeply knowledgeable about the business of financial advice, with the perfect blend of strategic thinking and practical knowledge of how to support advisers to evolve their businesses for sustainable growth in the current environment.”

Viskovic added that there has never been a more difficult time in financial services, nor a more important time for advisers to undertake conscious, deliberate strategic planning to make the right decisions for their business and clients.
