Our latest poll is based around research revealing a disconnect between advisers and BDMs regarding the value that BDMs have provided to advisers during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Read our report here on the research findings released last week by Business Health, which consider a range of elements that define the nature of the relationship between an adviser and their BDM as well as how that relationship is perceived through their sometimes differing perspectives.

While advisers and BDMs agree on some areas, such as how they will communicate with each other in a post-pandemic world, there are other areas in which their views – or at least their perceptions – are at odds with each other, especially when it comes to the extent to which BDMs believe they have added significant value to advisers during the Covid-19 period.

We’re interested to now whether your own experience in dealing with BDMs during these strange times has been positive and affirming. Perhaps you’ve noticed little difference in the quality of the services and value provided to you by BDMs in these recent months or maybe you’ve been less than impressed.
