Integrity Life Announces Six Key Appointments

Integrity Life says it has strengthened key business areas, with a greater focus on improving partner and customer experience, as it welcome six new hires to its Distribution, Operations and Customer Experience teams.

John Rojas joins as Business Development Manager – NSW, working with advisers to educate and promote the insurer’s retail product range.

Integrity Life says his experience spans more than 30 years in financial services across a range of different roles including risk adviser, financial planning practice owner, head of strategy and advice for a mid-size licensee and, most recently, leading a business development team in the retail life insurance market.

Amie Pachos has  been appointed to the newly created role of National Partnerships Manager – Retail. In this role Pachos will be responsible for leading the engagement with key strategic retail licensee partners. The insurer says she brings a wealth of distribution experience to this role.

Michelle Bennie joins Integrity’s Group Distribution team as Head of Corporate Partnerships. Previously, she worked for a large insurer where she held roles across group distribution and legal.

Gail Jones …a wealth of underwriting and risk management experience…

Gail Jones joins the company in the new role of Head of Underwriting Innovation and Quality Standards, focused on driving innovation and automation, along with the underwriting quality standards. The company says she also has a wealth of underwriting and risk management experience.

Neil Borthwick joins as Senior Manager – Claims Operations, focused on delivering a tailored service to support advisers, brokers, trustees, customers and their loved ones. Integrity Life says Borthwick has been an “…influential industry figure within the claims area for over 20 years across several large insurers, where he has held the Head of Claims position.”

Rebeka Kendall joins the Customer Experience team as Process Optimisation Manager, focused on defining and mapping best practice processes, and improving efficiencies and service across the Operations teams.

The insurer says this raft of recent appointments represents “…the significant growth the organisation has experienced and equally the importance being placed on partner and customer experience.”
