ASIC has cancelled the AFS licence of Lief Pty Ltd for failing to hold AFCA membership as required by law.
ASIC also found the Queensland-based firm failed to comply with its financial reporting obligations and applied to deregister the company in May 2024.
Lief has held AFS licence number 373752 since 21 March 2011, it was cancelled effective 21 August 2025.
The firm has the right to appeal to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of ASIC’s decision.
