Three scholarships are being offered by the Guild of Ethics, Culture & Leadership for one of its courses.
Tony Beaven, founder of the guild, said the scholarships will give leaders an opportunity to join the organisation’s flagship CPD/CPE-accredited Transforming Leadership and Culture course.
The course covers leadership styles, ethics and emotional intelligence, and provides participants with practical knowledge on how to apply these concepts in the workplace.

Beaven said the scholarships reflect both the high level of participant engagement and the increasing demand for structured leadership development in complex operating environments.
“The leadership model is evolving,” Beaven said. “Organisations need leaders who combine ethical clarity with the ability to influence culture strategically. And as we know, culture drives productivity, profitability, retention and inclusion.”
Candidates can apply by submitting a brief statement outlining their motivation for undertaking the programme and the impact they aim to make within their organisation or professional community.
