MLC has created a new role, Licensee Relationship Manager (LRM), to support advisers in its aligned networks.

Advisers in MLC Financial Planning, Garvan Financial Planning and Apogee Financial Planning practices will have access to the LRMs, who are responsible for all actions relating to core licensee services.

In what it says is a move to improve and enhance the service experience for its aligned adviser network, MLC will recruit a team of nine LRMs, located across the country.

Greg Miller, General Manager Advice Solutions, said that MLC is committed to improving licensee service delivery to its existing advisers.

“Adding the new LRM roles to the team will significantly enhance the service our valued advice practices receive on a day to day basis,” said Mr Miller.

“There are many advantages to being part of the MLC network.  MLC Licensees are in a very strong position in terms of managing future legislative change with the least disruption to their business, as well as meeting the evolving needs of consumers.”
