Integrity Life has expanded its operations team by appointing Matt Pereira-Smith and Mervyn Lam as Senior Underwriters.
Pereira-Smith’s experience includes working in life insurance and financial institutions, with a focus on underwriting, financial markets, and wealth management.
“Matt has been passionate about supporting advisers to educate clients about the importance of life insurance and understanding their specific needs,” states Integrity Life.
Lam is a certified Actuarial Analyst, and has experience in the development of underwriting rules software.
Gary Bailison, General Manager Product & Proposition, says their experience offers great value to the firm, its advisers, and customers.
Bailison says: “These changes are in addition to other recent appointments bringing in a wealth of industry experience and capability – Liz Versace as Customer Care Team Leader, and Stuart Lay and Andrew Kelly as Senior Claims Assessors.”
